Esther Leung

OVERVIEW
Esther Leung is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Asia Pacific practice groups in Vancouver. She advises clients on a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales, financing, refinancing, leasing, land development and land management.
Prior to joining the firm, Esther started her legal career at international law firms in Hong Kong as a trainee and associate lawyer. After returning to Canada, she continued her practice with a renowned national law firm with a focus on securities and corporate matters and in real estate.
Esther often advises clients in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
Outside of her legal practice, Esther enjoys hiking, travelling, music and photography.

- Institutional and individual clients, including banks, financial institutions, government organizations, developers, landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers on real estate, corporate and contractual matters
- Purchasers and sellers on various matters regarding the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential real property and financing
- Landlords and tenants by preparing, reviewing, negotiating and advising on leasing matters
- Developers on disclosure statements, purchase and sale agreements, financing and other real estate documents
