Sze‑Mei Yeung, Chair of our Technology & Innovation Group and a member of our Asia Pacific Group, was recently invited to speak at the Korean Professors Association in British Columbia (KPBC) Spring 2026 Conference. Presenting on intellectual property issues, she joined Tim Huh (UBC Sauder) and Woo Soo Kim to discuss issues at the intersection of law, emerging technology, artificial intelligence and business, offering practical perspectives for today’s rapidly evolving tech landscape. Kyusik Shin, a member of our firm’s Business Law Group and Technology & Innovation Group, facilitated our firm’s sponsorship and support of the KPBC conference, and regularly attends KPBC’s events.
