Supporting Access to Post-Secondary Education

Through a collaboration between our South Asian Practice Group and NextGen Canada, the RBS Legal Pathways Scholarship and RBS Resilience & Leadership Award were established and presented in May 2026 to support high school students facing barriers to post-secondary education.
The Legal Pathways Scholarship recognizes students interested in pursuing studies related to law and the legal profession, while the Resilience & Leadership Award celebrates students who have demonstrated exceptional perseverance, leadership, and commitment to their communities.
Led by Steven Mangat and Varun Dhaul, this initiative reflects our South Asian Practice Group’s commitment to creating meaningful pathways to higher education, increasing access to professional careers, and investing in the next generation of leaders.
We are proud to partner with NextGen Canada in supporting students and fostering greater access to educational opportunities within the communities we serve.
