Kyusik Shin and David Harvey Collaborate on Practical Guide for Korean Businesses

We’re proud to support Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (Cancham Korea) and its work strengthening connections between the Canadian and Korean business communities.
With deep personal and professional ties to Korea, Kyusik Shin, a business lawyer and member of the firm’s Asia Pacific Group, is actively involved in strengthening RBS’s engagement with CanCham Korea. As part of this initiative, Kyusik and partner David Harvey, together with other members of the firm, led the development of Doing Business in Canada – a concise, practical guide providing Korean businesses and professionals with insights into Canada’s legal and business landscape.
The guide will be published as a multi-part series covering key considerations for doing business in Canada, including business structures, commercial agreements, acquiring a Canadian business, and franchising in Canada.
