Members of RBS’ Personal Injury Team Present at Upcoming CLEBC Conference

On June 9th, Practice Group leader, David Hay, Q.C., along with associate, Julie Facchin will participate at this year’s Personal Injury Conference taking place at the Pan Pacific Hotel. David’s presentation “Proving Liability in Bicycle Cases – Plaintiff’s Perspective”, outlines the vital aspects that should be considered in cycling cases. Julie’s presentation “Workers and Non-workers”, focuses on the effect of the workers’ compensation scheme on a personal injury lawsuit. James D. Vilvang, Q.C., is the Course Chair.
