RBS Appoints New Practice Group Leaders for Asia Pacific and Business Transactions Groups

Effective January 1, 2018, Joe Chan has been appointed the Practice Group Leader of RBS’s Asia Pacific group, and Sze-Mei Yeung has been appointed as the Practice Group Leader of our Business Transactions group. Joe is a long-standing member of the Asia Pacific group having a range of experience in handling securities, corporate finance, corporate and transactional matters. Sze-Mei’s business transactions practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries, and other corporate-commercial matters such as shareholder agreements, joint ventures, manufacturing and distribution agreements.
