BC Extends Deadline for the Creation of Transparency Registers to October 1, 2020

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Province of British Columbia has extended the deadline for non-exempt private BC companies to create and maintain a Transparency Register to October 1, 2020. The previous deadline was May 1, 2020.
