Another Win for Our Client Before the Human Rights Tribunal

Our employment and human rights lawyers have successfully defended the same Domino’s Pizza franchise for a second time against allegations of discrimination related to race, place of origin, and sex. Under the skillful guidance of Michelle Quinn, Partner and Co-Chair of RBS’ Employment and Human Rights Group, the Tribunal accepted that the complainant’s termination was for non-discriminatory reasons and dismissed the complaint in its entirety. Michelle was supported by Associate Varun Dhaul whose first day as a lawyer coincided with the start of this hearing.
