Litigation and Dispute Resolution lawyer, Michelle Quinn, is co-presenting with Ian Aikenhead Q.C. at the upcoming June 18, 2021 virtual Personal Injury Conference hosted by the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC, which is co-chaired by James D. Vilvang. Their topic, “Section 83 Deductions and the Role of Counsel After Trial”, will address how to deal with deductions from a cost of care award, challenges for plaintiffs and defence counsel, and ways to deal with controversial issues.
