Nicole Mangan recently published an article in The Lawyers Weekly Insurance Focus section.
In the article, “Decision clarifies strata damages deductible”, Nicole draws from a recent case, Louie v. The Owners of Strata Plan [2015] BCSC 1832, to address what insurance deductible and repair obligations stratas and unit owners are responsible for when damage occurs primarily within a single unit.
Nicole is a Partner at Richards Buell Sutton and a member of the firm’s Insurance Group and Commercial Real Estate Group.
