Member of our Personal Injury Practice Group, Michelle Quinn, was published in the July issue of The Lawyer’s Daily. Michelle’s article “A Canadian first: Surrogacy fees awarded as cost of future care” examines a decision which awarded damages for surrogacy fees in Wilhelmson v.
