We welcome Nicholas W. Peterson to Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. As a seasoned litigator, Nick specializes in construction law, builder’s liens, commercial leasing, estate litigation, review hearings (Legal Profession Act), and personal injury with a focus on occupiers’ liability exclusively representing injury victims.
Nick has successfully represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia, and he currently serves as 1st Vice President on the Executive of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia (TLABC), after several years on its Board of Governors.
