David Hay, a personal injury lawyer at Richards Buell Sutton who specializes in cycling accidents, was asked to speak to Vancouver Sun and CBC, in relation to a recent case where a cyclist was injured in a collision with a motor vehicle, and claimed coverage and benefits against the driver’s insurance.
