Congratulations to Michelle Quinn On Her Canadian Bar Association of BC (CBABC) Appointments

We are pleased to announce the recent appointments of Michelle Quinn, member of our Employment and Human Rights Group, as the Vice Chair of the CBABC Employment Law Section Executive, and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Section Executive for the 2017/2018 term. The CBABC Employment Law Section Executive focuses on all aspects of employment law including union and non-unionized workplaces, and the Human Rights Section organizes meetings to discuss various human rights issues including practice and procedure before the Tribunal, alternate dispute resolution and pre-hearing procedures.
