Michelle Quinn Presents at HUB Cycling’s 9th Annual Bike Awards

Over 300 people across Metro Vancouver registered to attend the 9th Annual HUB Cycling Bike Awards honouring municipalities, organizations, schools, and community volunteers for their contributions in making cycling better for people of all ages and abilities.
