David Hay, K.C. and House Arrest Take First Place at 2026 Battle of the Bar Bands, Raising More Than $130,000 for the Benevolent Society

House Arrest, featuring lead vocalist David Hay, K.C., took the stage at the 2026 Vancouver Battle of the Bar Bands, hosted by the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch’s Benevolent Society. As Platinum sponsors, over $130,000 was raised for the Benevolent Society, bringing together members of the legal community for an evening of live music and fundraising. The event was especially meaningful as the band retained their trophy, winning the competition by unanimous vote!
