Michelle Quinn, Litigator, Partner and Co-Chair of our Employment & Human Rights Group, has earned the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) Certificate. This designation recognizes her expertise in conducting timely, impartial and thorough workplace investigations.
Michelle is regularly retained by private organizations to provide investigation support to help ensure that investigations are properly conducted and legally defensible. An employer that fails to conduct a proper investigation exposes itself to potential liability. Consequences include claims for punitive damages, human rights complaints and civil legal action.
More recently, Michelle has been retained by businesses and a law firm to conduct workplace investigations. She is committed to providing unbiased, timely investigations and clear, defensible written reports.
