RBS participates in the Vancouver Sun Run

The corporate team at Richards Buell Sutton has grown larger each year the firm participates in the Sun Run. Now in our fourth year – with thirteen staff members signed up so far – it will be a very successful and fun event in true RBS fashion. Check back for highlights or come down to cheer the team on!

The Vancouver Sun Run is still Canada’s largest 10K road race and is now the 2nd largest timed 10K in the world.
An incredible 49,365 registrants signed up for the 2011 Vancouver Sun Run.
Although the primary goals of the Sun Run were initially designed for the promotion of health, fitness, and a sense of community, the race has now raised more than $1.86 million for important causes since 1985. Each year $50,000 is donated to The Vancouver Sun Raise-a-Reader campaign and $70,000 is given in support of BC’s amateur athletes via the Achilles Track Society and the Vancouver Sun International Jerome Track Classic.
