Bike Lawyer, David Hay, Q.C., was interviewed by Global News, and shared his thoughts about modernizing and improving the Motor Vehicle Act which saw the last major revision in 1957. The BC Road Safety Law Reform Group, which David is the Chair of, has given recommendations to the Provincial Government for 26 improvements to the Act to better protect the safety of all road users including the most vulnerable; those who are cycling or walking.
