Bike lawyer, David Hay presented on topic, ‘A Legal Perspective on Cycling Education’, at the 2014 Bike Sense Workshop.
The conference was held in Victoria on October 17, and was hosted by Bike Sense, part of the Greater Victoria Cycling Coalition, who advocate cycling safety.
