Laws around crashes between bikes and cars unfair: lawyer
Vancouver’s Bike Lawyer has seen the results of a variety of cycling related accidents. However, he is extremely concerned with those related to head trauma. It is often the responsibility of the cyclist to prove negligence of the driver, which is difficult to do if they are suffering from a lack of memory as a result of the trauma. David is hoping for some clarification regarding cyclists in the Motor Vehicle Act.
