Canada and China Strengthen Relationship Through Signing of Deals Worth $1.2 Billion

Our client, H Plus Technologies Ltd. (“H Plus”) attended this event in Shanghai, and signed an agreement with Softbank China Capital in the presence of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and Canada’s Minister of International Trade, Chrystia Freeland. H Plus humanizes technologies, and creates interactive 3D holographic experiences for users of its technology. The prospective $9.7 million financing by Softbank China Capital will allow H Plus to expand their business operations by hiring 80+ new employees, advancing their technologies, manufacturing capabilities and research and development.
