Vancouver’s Bike Lawyer, David Hay, is quoted in Peter Ladner’s article “Helmet laws doing more harm than good for city cycling“. David has a unique perspective of the needs for helmets and the tragedy that can happen as a result of not wearing one. However, as Peter’s article discusses, this is a big bump in the road for a proposed Vancouver Bike share program similar to other cities. And a further set back in Vancouver’s quest to become one of the greenest cities in the world.
