Carrie-Anne Reelie

OVERVIEW

Carrie-Anne joined the Corporate Services Department in 2017 as a paralegal.

She began her legal career in 2002, and obtained her Paralegal Certificate in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, her experience included working at a multinational law firm where she brings close to 20 years’ legal industry experience to her role.

She is well-versed in various aspects of corporate law including corporate and tax reorganizations, incorporations, amalgamations, dissolutions and general corporate matters.
