OVERVIEW
Meyer joined the firm in May 2026 as a summer student after completing her second year of law school at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at The University of British Columbia.
Originally from Ghana, Meyer was raised in Surrey, B.C. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Simon Fraser University. During undergrad, she was a member of the university Track and Field team where she competed in the 60-meter, 100-metre, 200-metre, and relay events.
While attending law school at The University of British Columbia, Meyer has been involved with Pro Bono Students Canada where she aided in a project with the Canadian Drug Policy Coalition researching how guilt is assessed in those with brain injuries. She was also the Communications Director for the UBC chapter of the Black Law Student’s Association. Before beginning her summer with RBS, Meyer completed a term with the Rise Women’s Legal Centre as a student clinician where she helped to provide family law services to women.
Outside of the office, Meyer enjoys reading contemporary fiction novels, walks in the city, travelling, and spending time with her loved ones.
