Reshmi Naicker

OVERVIEW

Reshmi’ s professional experience includes more than 25 years in the legal industry, specializing in the areas of Human Resources and Accounting.

In her current role as the Human Resources Manager at Richards Buell Sutton, Reshmi brings extensive experience in employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and payroll and benefits.

People-oriented, Reshmi excels in creating a positive and engaging work environment. She fosters and promotes a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion at the firm.

Reshmi is an active member of the BC Legal Management Association (BCLMA).

Outside of the office, Reshmi enjoys golfing, traveling and spending quality time with her family. She also has a strong passion for soccer and football.
