Alexandra Mah

OVERVIEW

Alexandra Mah joined Richards Buell Sutton in 2017 as a Legal Administrative Assistant and moved into a paralegal role shortly thereafter. After leaving in 2024 to broaden her career experience, she returned in 2026 and resumed her work as a paralegal in the Corporate Services Department.

Alexandra is experienced in routine corporate proceedings under the Business Corporations Act (B.C.), including incorporations, amalgamations, continuations into and out of British Columbia, dividends, name changes, records book reviews, changes to directors and officers, extra provincial registrations and cancellations, extra provincial amalgamations, business name registrations and cancellations, registration and dissolution of limited partners, and ongoing corporate maintenance.

Outside the office, Alexandra enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and participating in puppy yoga and Pilates.
