Andra Low

OVERVIEW

Andra Low is a corporate paralegal at Richards Buell Sutton LLP and has over 15 years of legal experience. She manages all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax reorganizations and general corporate matters.

She is adept at managing high volume caseloads in fast-paced environments, and meeting time-sensitive deadlines. Andra’s scope of knowledge includes British Columbia and federal business corporation legislation that is specific to corporations, trusts, societies, not-for-profit organizations, partnerships and other entities.

Andra assists with a wide variety of corporate transactions, including amalgamations, asset and share purchases, domestic and offshore corporate and tax reorganizations, plan of arrangements, acquisitions, corporate governance and financings.

Outside of the office, she enjoys baking, snowboarding, the sunshine, and being outdoors.
