Kim Klinger

OVERVIEW

Kim joined Richards Buell Sutton in 2026 as a paralegal in the Litigation Department.

She has more than 20 years of experience supporting lawyers and clients through all stages of litigation, including case preparation, legal research, evidence review, drafting pleadings and applications, and settlement and trial preparation.

In addition to insurance defence, Kim’s experience includes estate, commercial and construction litigation, creditor’s remedies and family law.

She is known for her strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex files and competing priorities.

Outside the office, Kim is a rowing coach with the Vancouver Rowing Club and enjoys staying active through rowing and fitness. She also enjoys spending time with her two American Bully rescue dogs.
