OVERVIEW
Katherine Ho joined Richards Buell Sutton LLP in 2017 and is a paralegal with the firm’s Real Estate Group.
She started her legal career as a conveyancer in a notary firm in 2011 and became a legal administrative assistant in a law firm in 2012. She is experienced in both residential and commercial real estate, including private lending, and assets and share purchases and sales. She has extensive knowledge in conducting due diligence searches, reviewing of contracts and leases, preparing documentation from beginning to end, and filing documents to the Land Title Office and the Personal Property Registry.
