OVERVIEW

Sally joined Richards Buell Sutton LLP in 2011 and is a paralegal with the firm’s Wealth Preservation and Securities and Corporate Finance Groups.

She assists in all aspects of corporate and tax reorganizations, securities and general corporate matters.  Sally has assisted with a wide variety of transactions, including amalgamations, asset purchases, share purchases, corporate and tax reorganizations, plan of arrangements, acquisitions, corporate governance and financings.
