Julie Green

OVERVIEW

Julie Green joined Richards Buell Sutton LLP in 2004 and is a senior paralegal in the Real Estate Department.

Julie’s work is focused on lending transactions from traditional financial institutions, private lenders and credit unions involving the preparation and registration of commercial lending security.  She assists the firm’s lawyers and clients in a wide variety of other real estate matters including residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions; relevant document preparation required in connection with the preparation and electronic registration of various Land Title Office documents and Personal Property Registry charges.
