Christine Fletcher

OVERVIEW

Christine began her legal career in 2011 working for a sole practitioner specializing in corporate/commercial law then moved to a boutique law firm supporting the corporate/commercial and entertainment law departments as a Legal Administrative Assistant.

She joined Richards Buell Sutton in 2018, and is a paralegal in the Firm’s Corporate Services Department. Christine assists with corporate services tasks including due diligence, incorporations, name changes, voluntary dissolutions, restorations, allotments and transfer of shares, transparency registers, changes of registered and records offices, limited partnership and sole proprietorship registrations, changes of directors/officers, redemptions, dividends, and record book reviews. In her spare time, Christine enjoys reading, listening to music, golfing, biking, hiking, cooking, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
