Brianna Dallyn

OVERVIEW

Brianna has been working with Richards Buell Sutton since 2019. Her work is focused on real estate conveyancing, lending transactions and land transfers involving estates and trusts.

This includes but is not limited to conducting due diligence searches, preparing and attending to the electronic registration of Land Title Office documents and mortgage security documents, and preparing and attending to the electronic registration of Land Owner Transparency Registry documents.

Outside of work Brianna enjoys spending time with her family, hiking the outdoors, and frequenting the many beautiful beaches in BC.
