OVERVIEW
Benedict joined Richards Buell Sutton in June 2025 as a paralegal focusing on estate litigation and foreclosure work.
Benedict prepares and handles all foreclosure searches, reviews documents in relation to foreclosure and estate litigation, prepares documentation from commencement to closing, and files documents to the Land Title Office and court registries.
Benedict relocated to Vancouver in 2024 following a working holiday in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Outside of work, he enjoys dragon boating. Benedict is also a movie enthusiast and volunteers at the Vancouver International Film Festival Centre.
