Seminar: Navigating Overtime, Statutory Holidays and Vacation Issues

On Friday, November 16th, Mark Hamilton, Nicole Mangan and Georg Reuter of Richards Buell Sutton will be presenting a seminar entitled “Navigating Overtime, Statutory Holidays and Vacation Issues”.
The B.C. Employment Standards Act imposes various obligations on employers with respect to overtime wages, statutory holidays and vacation and vacation pay. It is critical that employers understand and stay up to date on these obligations to ensure compliance with the law and to avoid legal liability. At this seminar, key issues relating to overtime wages, statutory holidays and vacation and vacation pay will be canvassed. This seminar will be of interest both to those with limited experience with these issues, and to those seeking a refresher.
