Seminar – Leases and Insurance Clauses: Deconstructed and Demystified

Commercial landlords, tenants and property managers, or anyone responsible for negotiating or abiding by lease agreements, will benefit from this session on common insurance clauses in commercial leases.
You will better understand what insurance and indemnity clauses mean and why they matter, how they can work in your favour and how they might work against you. Common phrases such as “subrogation”, “indemnity”, “hold harmless” and “additional insured” will be clarified so that you can make informed decisions on your lease agreements to better suit your needs.
