Scott MacDonald and Nicole Mangan of RBS will be presenting a seminar entitled “Landlord’s Secrets Revealed: Tenant’s Best Defences to Landlord’s Remedies”. The seminar is based on a topic which was originally prepared and presented by Scott MacDonald of Richards Buell Sutton and Simon Coval of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP for the 2013 Commercial Leasing Conference hosted by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia in Vancouver.
