Seminar: Enforcing Mortgage Security

Members of the Richards Buell Sutton Lending and Insolvency Groups will be presenting a seminar entitled “Enforcing Mortgage Security”. The seminar will cover the basic concepts, mortgagee options and stages involved in a commercial foreclosure proceeding, including appointing a receiver or receiver-manager, order nisi and redemption periods, conduct of sale issues, availability of order absolute, approving sales, pursuing guarantors and covenantors, and related issues arising through the process.
