Scott Lamb, head of the Richards Buell Sutton Construction Law Group, presents on behalf of the RBS Real Estate Lending Group a lender’s update entitled “Builder’s Liens”.
This seminar covers builder’s liens in construction projects, including issues concerning the registration of liens, validity of liens, removal of liens, holdbacks, mortgage priorities, receiverships and the sale of strata properties.
