Seminar: BOMA BC Commercial Tenancy Law Course

The Building Owners and Managers Association of BC (BOMA BC), in association with the Commercial Leasing Group of Richards Buell Sutton is offering a one day course that will provide an overview and guidance to real estate brokers, representatives and other licensees who work on negotiating preliminary agreements, as well as drafting lease agreements and exercising landlord’s enforcement tools in commercial tenancies.
This course is designed for property management industry professionals who want to broaden their knowledge in working with commercial leases.
