New Powers of Attorney Rules

Richards Buell Sutton LLP lawyer, Tim H.R. Brown, was the key-note speaker at a seminar hosted by a local financial institution.  Mr. Brown’s presentation provided an overview on the recent changes to the legislation governing Powers of Attorneys in British Columbia, including the new form of Enduring Powers of Attorney (“EPA”) and its role in incapacity planning.
