BOMA BC: Commercial Tenancy Law Course, Spring 2012

BOMA, BC, in association with the Commercial Leasing Practice Group of Richards Buell Sutton LLP, is proud to present the 2012 course on BC Commercial Tenancy Law. This one day course is intended to provide an overview and guidance to real estate brokers, representatives and other licensees on negotiating preliminary agreements, drafting the lease agreement and exercising landlord’s enforcement tools in commercial tenancies. Course material and instruction will be provided by experienced lawyers from the Commercial Leasing Practice Group of Richards Buell Sutton LLP.
