BOMA BC, in association with Richards Buell Sutton LLP, will be offering a course on BC Commercial Tenancy Law. This course counts as a REP elective with the Real Estate Council of BC.

This one day course will provide an overview and guidance to real estate brokers, representatives and other licensees who work on negotiating preliminary agreements, as well as drafting lease agreements and exercising landlord’s enforcement tools in commercial tenancies.

Course material and instruction will be provided by qualified lawyers from the Commercial Leasing Practice Group of Richards Buell Sutton LLP.
