This half day session included presentations given by professionals, including Sze-Mei Yeung, on current legal issues found within post-secondary educational institutions. An overview of the new BC Society Act was also presented.. Attendance at this course provided attendees with Law Society of British Columbia Continuing Professional Development credits.
