Richards Buell Sutton LLP's Commercial Real Estate Group has been organized to reflect more of a departmental structure.  As such, our team members are able to develop a solid foundation in many aspects of real estate law and focus on complex deals within development, lending and leasing areas of Commercial Real Estate.

What We Do

We regularly advise and assist clients on real estate matters from property acquisitions and dispositions to financing and lending.  The group as a whole meets regularly to share information and recent industry developments.  Combined, they have a long history of providing a full range of real estate services to a diverse group of clients.

What You Can Expect From Us

Where appropriate, members of our group will work in conjunction with team members from our other firm areas, including the Litigation Department and our Wealth Preservation Department.
