Mediation and Arbitration

Working together to reach a mutually satisfying agreement.

Our trained mediators and arbitrators are skilled negotiators who have extensive experience assisting disputing parties in reaching their goals outside of the courtroom.  Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) may provide the most flexible, affordable and efficient means to resolve disputes.

How Arbitration Can Help You

Our arbitrator will bring knowledge and expertise to the subject of the dispute, review the evidence and arguments of the parties, and reach a binding decision.  Although this sounds similar to what you might expect in litigation, arbitration has the advantage of being accommodating and flexible.  The actual process can be tailored to the parties needs.

How Mediation Can Help You

Our mediator will bring knowledge and expertise to the subject of the dispute and facilitate discussion to assist the parties in reaching a solution to their dispute.  Unlike arbitrators, mediators do not impose a final decision on the parties.  Thus, the outcome is completely within the control of the disputing parties.  This means the parties work together to reach a mutually satisfying agreement, which in turn can help disputing parties preserve important relationships.
