The Corporate Services Department at Richards Buell Sutton LLP is an integral part of our firm. This department maintains the corporate records of approximately 2,500 entities of which over 2,200 of those entities are private BC companies which are family owned and operated businesses within Metro Vancouver.

Our team of corporate paralegals provide support to all of the lawyers of RBS and to their corporate clients.
