Assistant
Silvana is a senior member of the firm's Commercial Transaction and Estate Planning groups. She advises individuals, owners/managers, and private companies on a full range of business issues including incorporations, reorganizations, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, shareholder agreements and business succession.
She has extensive knowledge in the restructuring of privately-owned businesses for strategic, estate and tax planning; however she also advises individuals with respect to their personal planning including the preparation of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements. Silvana works closely with other lawyers, tax advisors, accountants and financial planners in a team approach to implement goal oriented and tax efficient personal and business succession plans.

Background
Silvana was born and raised in New Westminster and outside of the office spends time with her family. When not seen cheering from the sidelines of amateur lacrosse games or behind the scenes at dance recitals, she can be found immersed in custom home renovations and gardening.
