Norman Q. Chow, Associate Counsel

Norman Chow practises in the Real Estate group at Richards Buell Sutton LLP.  Prior to joining the firm, Norman was a sole practitioner providing legal services to a long standing client base.  The focus of Norman's practice is on:

  • Acquisition, development, leasing and sale of commercial and residential real estate properties
  • Commercial and residential mortgage lending
  • Development of multi-unit franchises and corporate owned businesses

Recent transactions involve the purchase and sale of hotels and commercial buildings, the purchase and development of condominium projects, and the orderly disposition of assets by a real estate investment company.
